4 months following bilateral breast lift with a central pedicle and placement of Galaflex absorbable mesh. The scars will continue to fade over time.

4 months following removal of large bilateral saline breast implants followed by breast lift auto-augmentation with her own tissue as well as with fat transfer. The scars will continue to fade.

She was unhappy with the size and nipple position and no longer wanted her breast implants. This is 2 months following bilateral silicone implant removal was performed with repeat superior pedicle breast lift or mastopexy combined with inferior pedicle auto-augmentation. 1700cc of abdominal liposuction was performed to harvest fat for grafting to the upper and medial breast, 200cc per side.
